No Post this Week-Sick

Aw, poor soul. Rest up, and peppermint tea calms a sick tummy, along with ginger tea or gingerale.

Yes to the ginger, a slice of fresh or a dash of powdered, in hot water with lemon or honey or both. We have what we call “the sick” going around our house, too. Feel better soon.

Lots of fluids and rest. A hot bath always helps the discomfort as well. Hope you feel better soon.

Poor thing — hope you’re feeling much better now. All the ginger suggestions above are good, and what about tiny sips of not-too-cold ginger ale? And sleep as much as you can; you always feel a little better when you wake up. Hang in there.
