I have an annoying summer cold- not enough that I can justify not working, but enough that my nose is stuffed and I cannot smell anything. I have a well stocked larder of soup and boxes of kleenex, so I hope to be back by next week.

I hope you feel better soon! I also wanted to say thank you because after reading this post I had to try combining peanut butter and shin ramen, and it was pretty awesome 🙂 I usually add an egg for the protein, but the peanut butter was a great way to mix things up a bit, and it was even better with some fresh wilted spinach added in.
