I know Anita was having a ball gallivanting around Chi-town with Portia and the gang on HER birthday, so no telling what sensational scents she enjoyed during her travels (although I know a little bubbly and a little chocolate were definitely on tap).
I know that on important days in my life I really think hard about what’s in my collection and intentionally bring out the big guns, the rare and/or special scents that don’t often cross my radar on an everyday basis. Although some might argue that we should wear them all the time and celebrate every day –- a good point, indeed.
My birthday last month had me dabbing on a wee bit of a tiny sample of Roja Dove Roja, which is beyond divine (and way, way beyond my wallet). But I couldn’t resist treating myself to just a little to celebrate.

Great choice, Solanace! I didn’t much care for 31 when it first came out but I blame it now on neophyte nose way back then. Just got some recently and am enjoying it. Yes, yes, thanks to Patty (and Lisa) for our wonderful STC!
