Sorry Kids-
I got both my flu shot and my COVID+++ booster this weekend and I am crankier than usual and have the sniffles. So I am not able to complete the review I started. Right now I am sitting in the office waiting for the moment that the last person I need to deal with goes finally away so I can go home and indulge in Cheetos, Soup, and the 5th season of the “Dynasty” reboot on Netflix. Back next week.

I just got my booster today. Walked the mile to the booster, then went to the gym Just In Case it goes sideways a bit later. I’m getting tireder and tireder… so we’ll see.
Alexis will make everything more bearable!

Nice puppies. Hope looking at them made you feel better. Had Moderna booster two weeks ago and arm still twinging. I think they hit a nerve.

Hope you pick up soon! That bivalent Covid jab knock me sideways too, but only for 24 hrs. The quadrivalent flu vaccine was fine though.

Well, the puppies. They were unexpected and I broke into a big smile. Alas, you come after the puppies. lol. I do sincerely hope that you feel better very soon! And third, have you tried vintage Corday Toujours Moi? I stumbled on it and have a small and inexpensive bottle on its way to me from eBay so I can try it. I had to check it out after reading this – “To quote Barbara Herman: ‘the love child of Tabu and Habanita'”. Hope that sparks some interest and perks you up a bit.

Hard to come in after puppies- but I didn’t think a big old photo of a hypodermic was nice to put up.
I’ve never tried the Corday but looking at eBay it looks like I am priced out on it. I hope you’ll share how you liked it.
Got it today. If I don’t share now, I’ll forget. Seller was selling 2 bottles – the unicorn 1oz “spray cologne concentree” and gold leaf 1/2 oz that says “perfume”. Both are half full. Got them for under $10. Was only perfume he was selling. Everything else was odds and ends. I got lucky that way before, so I took a chance.
Cologne was all alcohol, but sprayed it for a while and alcohol was gone. Perfume was fine. Put one on each arm 8 hours ago and they’re still going strong. First impressions – cologne does remind me of Habanita while perfume is deeper and softer and is more of the “love child”. Edges are smooth in both and scent is refined. I’m happy.
I would decant some for you but right now I have nothing to put it into.
OMG I’m happy just reading about it! I’m so happy for you for your score and a little jealous. Which I am chalking up to fax side effects rather than moral failings..
