I’ve been sooper-dooper busy these past few weeks which is why I keep doing all these polls. But I actually do read all the comments and respond to some of them. And I appreciate everyone sharing their deepest, darkest fragrance secrets. They’ve been giving me a much-needed boost during this crazy, crazy time.
Speaking of dark, has anyone noticed that the days are getting shorter and that the midday sky has a bit of a fall-like cast to it? Mind you, I’m asking this while I have the air conditioner cranking and popping Tylenol Sinus like M&Ms.
I’m looking forward to fall this year, more than I normally do, and there are some scents coming out that I’m very curious about. The new Prada, Estee Lauder’s Sensuous Nude, and a bunch more. So, my question to you, Posse faithful: What fall scents are you looking forward to wearing and what new scents are you looking forward to sampling?
Thanks for playing along. Have a wonderful weekend!
Frags from my collection that will be in heavy rotation this fall: Ayala Moriel’s Rebellious, SMN Acqua di Cuba, L’Artisan Mechant Loup, Tom Ford Italian Cypress. The last is about as close to I’ve come over the years to a signature scent for myself, too bad it’s hideously expensive.
Frags on my wish list that I hope to try this fall: Tom Ford Tuscan Leather, Prada Amber Pour Homme Intense, Frapin 1697,Soivohle Meerschaum, Guerlain Arsene Lupin Dandy and Voyou, SMN Tobacco di Tuscana. Also a number of Serge Lutens’ newer offerings, as well as decants of frags I’ve tried before and would like to try again when the weather’s cooler (including the fascinating Chene).
Feel totally jipped of a summer this year so I am not ready by any means to see it go. I look forward to it all year and it was majorly depressing that it didn’t want to really be here..:(
But fall is beautiful in the Pacific Northwest and I do enjoy it.
I’m a rich and decadent smelling kinda gal so I love my perfumes in the cold. I wear my HG URC all the time but each season makes it to where it is a lil’ different for me depending on the weather.
Also will be loving Fendi Theorema,Cuir de Lancome, Lubin Idole,Bois 1920 Real Patchouly, Annick Goutal Ambre Fetiche, Myrrh Ardente,Musc Nomade, Montale White Aoud,Hanae Mori Magical Moon, Pleasures Delight,Amouage Memoir,SSS Jour Ensoleille and Ambre Noir , Cormandel ,Shiseido Feminite de Bois,Shalimar Parfum Initial and so many others!
Just discovered Dior Addict and Lolita Lempicka! FB worthy. Again. :)
I’m in the “can’t wait for cooler weather” group, most definitely. I’ve already started wearing FdB, and I’m looking forward to a good robust spritz of Ambre Narguile, topped by a soft cashmere sweater. Guess that means I now have to buy myself a cashmere sweater, no?
I just bought a decant of Micallef Black Sea, and that odd “I Love Les Carottes” scent (on sale at Space NK), so those are also on my list. Maybe I can add “wear new perfume X” to my to-do list, so I have some enjoyable (and doable) tasks sprinkled among the procrastination items.
Botega Veneta is the one I’m *really* looking forward to. The notes and the concept sound too good to be true. I will smell Prada Candy and Sensuous Nude when they get here. The new Gaultier could be good too. There are a few I’m still waiting for here in Sweden. “My Little Shalimar” and No.19 Poudree for instance. I like Elie Saab and have no problem wearing feminine scents, but I don’t *love* it and it is truly feminine and a bit much for me.
And I love autumn!
Well I can’t wait for fall! I’m not a hot weather person and have no problem with summer taking it’s last breath. I love the crispness of the air, the colors and the dusky evenings. No more summer salads and white wine, just stews that has been cooking for hours and hours, red wine, hot chocolate and whiskey. The moose hunt is starting and you find chantarells in the woods. I love this time of the year. It’s just sad that it is so short.
I have a big arsenal of fall fragrances.
Guerlain – Tonka Imperiale
Parfumerie Generale – Coze and Intrigant Patchouli
Serge Lutens – Fumerie Turque
Comme des garcons – Avignon
Guerlain – vintage Mitsouko
Chanel – Bois des iles and Cuir de russie
L artisan – Dzing
Chantecaille – Kalimantan
Vero Profumo – Onda
Farmacia SS Annunziata – Patchouly Indonesiano
I am sure I have forgotten many of my favorites.
Love Coze and several of your other favs. Have been meaning to try Fumerie Turque for ages.
Re your comment above, I tried the Duchaufour Frapin when it came out in the spring and sort of liked it, but it was the wrong season to make up my mind. Some commenters elsewhere said they bought it and it began to smell very different – they even wondered if it had turned. We’ll see – I hope you try it in the fall and report back.
Now that it’s no longer 90 degrees at night here in the DC area, it suddenly feels like winter is just around the corner! So I have been thinking about my fall favs and even got out my tiny bottle of Estee Lauder’s Skin Perfume (the original Youth Dew), which was way more leathery and animalic than I would every have thought possible for it’s era. I was safely inside in the AC, of course – it’s in the 80s and 90s during the day. So far, I’m most looking forward to trying The new Penhaligon Esprit du Roi by Duchaufour, as well as retrying his Frapin.
I am also curious of the Frapin.
Definitely a Fall and Winter fangirl; I love the overall contemplative aspect of this time of year….long cozy nights, cold weather, holidays… and I infinitely prefer heavy, spicy perfumes. The Poivre, Nuit de Noel, and Coramandel are all lined up and rarin’ to go.
I am looking forward to trying Uncle Serge’s angry carnation and maybe some of the Cartier Les Heures.
Fall and winter fit my countenance and personality so much more than the glaring joie de vivre and claustrophobic heat of spring and summer (refreshing as they can be in small doses…say, a week or two), so needless to say, I’m overjoyed at the prospect of fall. I can wear pants and sweaters again, and finally put my autumnal perfumes to their proper use. I just bought Hypnotic Poison and Opium pour Homme, both of which practically scream to be worn on cool October nights, and I can also bust out the original Opium, Bulgari Black, Cartier Declaration Essence, and Ralph Lauren Polo and not worry about being suffocated by them in the heat. I’m also looking forward to testing Prada Candy, and refilling my Angel star. Good stuff ahead!
Oops, that was supposed to be a reply to the original post, not yours. 0_o
I don’t want the relatively lazy days of Summer to end but I think looking forward to Fall scents puts a positive spin on this time of year. Looking forward to wearing L by Lolita Lempicka, L’air Du Desert Marocain, Habinita, and Feminite du Bois. But, I still plan to wear some Summery scents well into October. I recently bought a FB of Hiris and I love it- which makes me think I might love No 19 Poudre and Like This.
Has anyone tried Tauer’s Pentachords? I’d love to hear what you think.
I love fall (and winter)…and I suspect it’s ’cause I love rich, heavy scents. I’m looking forward to wearing my Ambre Narguille, Angel Liquer de Parfum, Ta’if, Tocade, Femme….heavy hitters, huh?
I HAD looked forward to 19 Poudre and Elie Saab. Major disappoinment, maybe bec of all the hype. They weren’t bad, mind…just meh. SL’s Vitriol d’Oeillet was yummy and spicy and I’m still waiting for Prada Candy. After the meh of the Chanel and Elie Saab, the interest in the Prada has waned somewhat. :D
Faris,
I agree with you, as I looked forward to both 19 Poudre and Elie Saab and both were meh on me. A friend tried 19 and it was lovely on her, on me it really wasnt. But I need times when it isnt a match made in heaven to happen to help save me from myself :”>
Being in the southern hemisphere I’m about face on you guys…but I did manage to get through the cold (or cool, really, we get a few frosts and thats it) without buying the 200ml of Coromandel…I love it that much! I’ve eked out a decant, and have lectured myself on using the other hundred I already have.
I continued the ‘what is my favourite amber’quest but its still a tie between Sultan, Hd P Ambre 114, Ambre Soie, and avoided (temporarily) the siren song of Montale’s Blue Amber. Amber is a fine line for me, many read a bit mannish. Alahine was always the easy go-to. and I got worryingly low on Fumerie Turque and Chene.Beloved El Attarine mostly stayed in its decant, as I’m afraid to run out. I managed a bell of Mandarine, which I just adore, and surprisingly my young daughter loves too, pestering me for a too-precious decant!
Incense – ah. What compares to the Messe and Kamali’s (which is probably an amber incense).
Autumn is a time when I finally now feel I can enjoy rose. The most gorgeous would be Killian’s Rose Oud, luckily a decant got me through.I bought Liasons Dangerouses in the travel refills, and continued on with Rossy de Palma. I snagged a cheap vintage of Paris Fleur de Parfume on Aussie ebay; it is meant to suggest spring, but the old deep base makes it quite trans seasonal. I got a big decant of Heeley’s Hippie Rose.
Probably my favorite autumn scent is my beloved Saffran Troublant, it makes me swoon, and I adore going to sleep in the Patou Ma Huere Attendue, which seems like a great version, with persistance and sillage, of what Bois de Isles was meant to be (it disappears on me)I worryingly used about 40mls. Then there is the beloved, the sublime, the unmatchable Mitsouko.
I’m realising that I have barely scratched the surface of what I have worn in the cooler season, such is my delight and obsession with perfume!
And I am jumping the gun on spring, dousing in iris, forcing myself not to continue the quest for a full bell of Iris Silver Mist, (I’ve managed about 30ml in decants… the dedication!) a masterpiece that I would have missed if it were not for these wonderful blogs and the Perfumed Court…
My big summer purchase will be the lovely MDCI Rivage de Syrtes, the lovely perfume-y pineapple citrussy, happiness in a bottle, which is also representing a turning point where I am discriminating and just not pulling the trigger on everything! I am actually ‘saving’ and ‘discriminating’, and resisting the adventure unsniffed bargain now…
That said, my autumn bargain unsniffed was Mauboussin, a wonderful dried fruit oriental thing that I bought for $20 because of what I read in the Guide.
I post veeeery rarely, but since am so excited about the new fall scents, decided to chime in.
Already tried a bunch of them – Tom Ford Santal Blush sounded (on paper) as if created for me especially, and it felt this way on first sniff. On second, Jasmin Rouge (gorgeous bottle!) beat it with a stick. And I liked Violet Blonde, too. So I don’t know what’s going to happen there, certainly calls for more extensive testing.
Dahlia Noir and Prada Candy are not bad, either. Most likely my next FB purchase will be Elie Saab Le Parfum. That, and the fact that I spent the last couple of months under the Martin Margiela magic, make me feel hopefull for the future of mainstream perfumery!
Now, if only Chanel can take notice! Still haven’t sampled 19 Poudre and am keeping my fingers crossed.
I just bought myself a little bottle of JHAG Citizen Queen coming home from a business trip, so this is probably what I’ll be wearing into the Winter. It somehow reminds me of SL Douce Amere. I’m also planning to get some mileage out of my TM Womanity this Winter, as it’s a bit much for the Summer, and no doubt Coco will get an airing at some point!
I managed to snag a sample of Sensuous Nude at the EL counter recently, but wasn’t too impressed. There’s a little Bronze Goddess sneaking through, but I much prefer the original.
I haven’t come across Prada Candy yet but it does sound interesting.
I’ve wondered about the “intended” season for womanity. I don’t remember when it was released, but it’s slightly tropical vibe and fig say “summer” but it’s sillage and woods say “winter.” When do find it is best?
Hi Meg,
I think it will be perfect for bringing back beachy memories in the Winter, without offendingf folks too much with the sillage. I’d wear it anytime, but it needs a gentle touch in the heat…
First I want to mention that I just saw on the Burberry facebook page you can request free samples of Burberry Body today. Just an FYI.
I just ordered a bottle of Chanel Bois des Îles and I’m looking forward to wearing it this fall. Also CdG Kyoto will go back into the regular rotation. Can’t wait!
I’m with Bryan, too – do.not.like.winter. But love the fashions and scents.
Really looking forward to trying SL Vitriol d’Oeillet, Mona Di Orio Oud, and Tom Ford Violet Blond, but absolutely cannot wait to try Parfumerie Generale Indochine.
Also excited to wear Attrape Couer, since I just bought a bottle this summer, and excited to wear Incense Rose, which will be my first autumn purchase.
It is still hot & humid hear in the Philly burbs. I am getting tired of my summer scents, so I put on Chanel Eau Premier today in honor of Coco Chanel’s Birthday today. I wish I could get down to the Saks in the city and try the new #19 Poudre, but alas, work and commitments for this evening prevent this. I am looking forward to wearing Coco and Bois des Iles, and I may buy some samples of Cormandel and Cuir de Russie as I have never tried them. I just got a sample of Sensuous Nude at The Macy’s at lunch. The SA was very nice, she gave me a sample of the body cream also, without me even asking!!!! I just hope it lasts longer than the last time I tried it, maybe layered with the cream. I would like to try SSS Champagne du Bois & Fireside Intense. Also want to sample the Shalimar Initial…I have never tried any Guerlein except Samsara, which I saw back in May at TJ Maxx for $30.00, and I liked it but thought it was too heavy, was looking for summer scents then…wish I would have grabbed it now.
Talk about reading too fast — I saw Sensuous Nude as “Seriously Nude”! BTW you saw a Guerlain at a TJ Maxx? Wow — only once have I had good discounter luck, and that was at TJ’s sibling Winners: Lancome’s Cuir for CAD40!
I agree will Kym above that nothing has caught my interest in particular. I am mildly intrigued by Prada Canady and Cartier Baiser Vole but nothing I am impatient or too excited over. There is a new Etat Libre rumoured to be in the works that sounded interesting but I am not sure if will be released for fall and it doesn’t sound very much like a fall-like scent anyway: (lime cilantro, steamed rice, suede).
I am so ready for summer to be over. I am tired of the heat and humidity and my high electric bills from running the a/c. I purchased Prada Candy unsniffed and was very nervous about it,but I love it. I also recently purchased Cartier Baiser Vole and have been getting tons of compliments. I can’t wait to wear Filles en Aiguilles, Coromandel, Black Aoud. I love Fall!
As a lover of vintage frags, I look forward to wearing Opium, KL Karl Lagerfeld, Cinnabar, etc. when the weather turns cool. It’ll be a little while yet, and that’s okay–I’m still enjoying Escale a Portofino, AG Neroli and the like. Oh yeah, and my patchouli fragrance collection. I need to get some Midnight Poison. I love the fall here in New England.
In fall I look forward to wearing s picy fragrances like Youth Dew and Tabu. The new fragrance I can’t wait to try is Vitriol d’Oeillet.
I have a lamp in my living room that is plugged into a timer (very useful when working long hours or traveling – no one can be sure if you’re home or not). Anyway, every day this week, I’ve had to tweek the timer just a few minutes as it’s getting darker earlier and I love it!
Last fall/winter I really found some scents that make me happy and I’ll be faithfully returning to them since I enjoyed them so much:
Incense Rose, Chergui, Vanille Orchidee, Cadjmere and LHB (just once in a while). Maybe Luten’s JdP and once in a while, since it’s discontinued and hard to fine, Ralph Lauren’s Tuxedo.
I can’t say I’m looking forward to sniffing anything new this fall (so far), and that’s not a bad thing for me. I’ll certainly sniff around — but nothing strikes me as, “oh, I can’t wait until…” I do hope I’ll be able to get a bottle of Panache and wouldn’t mind a bottle of Manoumalia which I think might work in cooler weather.
It’s still 90 degrees and upwards in Denver, so fall is the last thing on my mind. I do agree, though, that the days are noticeably shorter :(( and the sunlight has that angled slant to it that signals the season change.
I used to love fall because I loved going to school, then later loved having my son go off to school! I do adore football and am thrilled to have that returning. And I can’t wait for the leaves to drop just so I can enjoy my setter pup enjoy running through them. It will be his first fall with me, so I’m assuming he’ll like it. I’ve never had a previous setter who didn’t.
I haven’t tried any of the new fall scents yet, but I definitely plan to as soon as the weather falls below 90.
LOL – I’m with Bryan, I’m not a big fan of some of what fall signals in terms of the death of summer and shorter days. I get up in the morning and it’s dark outside and I leave work and its dark outside. Bah, humbug that’s a hard routine for me. But I do love beautiful fall fashions, rich fall colors and sumptuous fall scents. I also enjoy the release of the iron grip that humidity has on us here in Central Florida during summer months. Overall it’s a win some lose some game. For fall, I’ve already purchased: SL FdB, Fan di Fendi and Creed Royal-Oud. SL Dam Blond will most likely also get purchased. I wore it last fall/winter and loved it. Looking forward to sniffing Prada Candy (may do a scent run at lunch) and Dahlia Noir. Been trying to determine if Cartier Baiser Vole is FB worthy, for days when I’ll want to go lighter on my scent. Wow – as I look at my list, I realize I’ve purchased and am considering way more fall scents than the number of fall/winter months we get in my neck of the woods. Maybe I enjoy fall more than I think….
I sampled Chanel 19 Poudre again today. My first experience with this was last week and I did not enjoy the experience. On me it was mostly moss. In it’s defense I had other scents on so may have cross pollinated. However today the experience was much more enjoyable. I did get a big burst of fresh green, but after 20 mins it settled down into a powdery iris that was very nice. I definitely enjoyed it. Could be a good office scent. May even put it on the FB list.
I’m so ready for Fall! I love summer but now I’m done with it. Incredibly tired of warm weather scents and I look longingly at my fall/winter perfumes in the morning and have to remind myself that IT’S 86 DEGREES OUT, DO NOT PUT COCO ON. lol
I’m interested in trying Prada Candy and wearing the old standbys…Hypnotic Poison, Rush, Black Cashmere, Un Bois Vanille, Addict, etc…
Yesterday in the Luckyscent package with my bottle of Like This (woo!) I received the samples I asked for, of Ginestet Botrytis, Penhaligon Amaranthine (not sure if it’s a fall scent) and Lostmarc’h Lann-Ael. I also came back from the store with samples of Elie Saab Le Parfum, Serge Lutens Filles en Aiguilles, Cuir Mauresque, and Rousse. Very looking forward to testing them all!
I feel like fall and winter perfumes are more my thing, so I’m looking forward to September! I already have a few bottles that I wear only to bed for now, since they’re not very summery. Oh, wearing Un Bois Vanille, Dzing!, Like This or Praliné de Santal while out… :)
Maybe it should have been “Oh, to wear…” Everytime I think I’m good in English, something ends up being wrong. :)
I love Like This! I am opening to have a bottle in time for real fall.
You’re Canadian too, right? If you know of or find a place other than Luckyscent where we can get ELD’Os, could you please let me know? Shipping and customs fees made it really expensive! (But still worth it!)
Don’t know where in Canada your are, but Gravity Pope’s clothing side used to carry at least some of ELdO’s line…
Thanks, AnnieA! I’m in Montreal, they don’t seem to have stores east of Alberta… Earlier this month I bought the last two ELD’Os that remained at the last place I know of that was selling them… Now they don’t seem to be available anywhere around here. But thanks for the tip!
Hey Alnysie,
I am way out West (Kelowna), and I have no idea where to get ELDO or other niche lines in-person; I have also been resorting to luckyscent. I agree, the shipping/customs fee has deterred me from a purchase more than once. And all the “free shipping” coupon deals on luckyscent, fragrancenet, fragrancex etc. are NEVER extended to Canada.
also: How did the interview go?? well hopefully!
I GOT THE JOB!!!! (Thanks for asking!) And I bought Un Bois Vanille to celebrate. ;) I’m really happy, I’m starting on Monday. How’s your search going?
That is awesome!! Mine is not going so well, and I am considering moving to another area and calling off the search for a *good job* and taking it easy in a beautiful area and just working a service job for awhile. Luckily I can live my perfume fantasies vicariously through other perfumistas like you!
Is that your first SL? I definitely am going to get a sample with my next (whenever that is!) order. It sounds beautiful and perfect for fall!
I’m sorry it’s not going so well. Are you looking for a job in line with your studies? If I remember, you just finished grad school? A few books were really helpful to me, just to at least feel like I knew what I was (or should have been) doing about my job search after grad school… I don’t want to be annoying with suggestions but let me know if you’d like their details!
And taking it easy is a very good plan! From the little that I know I think you’ve had some seriously stressful months…
It is my first SL, yes! And it shows I shouldn’t assume I don’t like vanilla scents after testing just three perfumes! I really really like that one! And now today I was brought to tears by my sample of Fille en Aiguilles… My wishlist isn’t getting shorter! :)
Actually if you email me (alnysie[at]gmail.com) and aren’t in a rush, I could try to help you have a sample of it…? :)
Well, at least it makes us more careful with our purchases, which is always a good thing! :)
Meg, try The Perfume Shoppe in Vancouver in the Sinclair Centre at Granville & Hastings. No ELDO but lots of other niche lines and a web site too. I have no affiliation with them, just delight at rare opportunity to avoid customs duties or horrendous shipping costs.
thanks a lot!! Will do on my next trip to Van in a couple weeks!!
Yes! It’s true, they also have a brick-and-mortar store, I tend to forget! I bought Praliné de Santal through their website and it went great.
Good poll, Nava. Fall cannot get here fast enough for me. And when winter comes, somebody smack me if I complain about the cold. :)
I’m with Carol above, eagerly awaiting the Bottega, as well as the Prada Candy, Serge’s Vitriol and even the Dahlia Noir and Vince Camuto (love that bottle). And I have some MDCI samps coming, so looking forward to loving at least a couple in that line (already fallen hard for La Belle Helene — my very first pear!).
My very first pear to love, that loves me, that is.
Ooh! I looked at a couple of reviews for La Belle Hélène, and now I have to try it! I usually don’t like pears in fragrances either, but that one sounds delicious!
Hi Alnysie, do try the Helene — it just might convert you. And congrats on the job!!
It has been brutally hot and dry here in Florida – I’m actually hoping for a hurricane to pass by – so I cant wait for the temps to drop below 80 degrees – at NIGHT – so the air conditioning will turn off for a minute .
I am actually looking forward to a few releases .
Annick Goutal Mon Parfum Cherie par Camille
Botegga Venetta Eau de Parfum ( L’Artisan did a wonderful leather room spray for them Intrecchio #1 , hope it’s like that )
Maitre Parfumeur Cuir fetiche ( continuing the search for the HG leather…)
The Different Company Oud Shamash
Mona di Orio Oud
Tom Ford Violet Blond
maybe one of these will surprise me but I’m not holding my breath on any of them .
I haven’t yet sniffed Guerlain Shalimar Initial – and with all the iris I’m hearing about it – I think I will like it !
Great list, Carol! I am taking notes: I had forgotten about the new AG Parfum Cherie, and I am looking forward to it, tho since our Dillards has sadly discontinued AG (and Miller Harris, Lady Primrose and all classic Guerlains except Shalimar…don’t get me going!…And who has front and center billing in our newly remodeled Green Hills store?!..why Justin Bieber, of course!!..lol)I will have to get that one online…Oh well, at least maybe I can scoop up some MH if they reduce them enough before packing them up and shipping them off.
OH No! That store was where I always went for my AG and other non-Justin Bieber type things.
Are they putting things on sale?
Cara,
The Miller Harris line is on clearance and as of last weekend was reduced 30% at our store (Green Hills, Nashville) and also the Cool Springs Galleria. The Annick Goutals and classic Guerlains Jicky, Mitsouko and Jardins de Bagatelle have completely disappeared; I guess they just packed them up and shipped them off to another store. Lady Primrose was cleared out months ago and I bought alot at 75% off (or more, with their additional 30% off clearance promo). If they clear the MH, I’d love to scoop up FB’s of Coeur d’Ete, L’air de Rien, and Geranium Bourbon, so I’ll keep looking and let you know! :-)
Florida is having a hot one! We were 96 degrees in the shade, on the beach today!! Yack!
I’m updating my “Perfumes to Try” spreadsheet right now. Thanks for the ideas!
Cuir Ottoman? A gorgeous leather. Maybe not the HG but…
I tried Prada Candy yesterday, and I also thought it was very nice for a mainstream fragrance. I predict it will be very successful. I’m not tempted to buy it myself because I already have so many (Love by Kilian, Confetto, Gourmand Coquin) niche in that genre, but would buy it for my daughters once it reaches the discounters.
I’m waiting on Vitriol d’Oeillet, Black Jade and Creed White Flowers samples right now. Back to mainstream, I was also given a sample of Bebe Gold at the mall yesterday; it actually smelled very good on paper. It’s warm and sweet, and not quite as fruity as the others; a Bebe version of a fall fragrance but really not so bad..the bottle imo looks cheap in brassy gold; at least the metallic pink of the original looks fun. I’ll let you know if the perfume is nice on skin or not. They were willing to give out samples, and that always gets points in my book.
I admit it, I detest the Fall. I love the heat, the warm sunny days and the hot nights. I love walking outside for some random reason at like midnight and being warm. For me, Fall is the death of Summer; the return of Winter. I swear I age exponentially in the Winter. It can kiss my ass.
Having said that, Fall fashion is fabulous and the scents rock.
I tried Prada Candy and ordered a bottle. I have a little sample and I just love it. It’s not going to win any awards for novelty, but it is sweet without being cloying and oh so sexy. I was asked by a female friend what smells so good. By the way, it’s not too strong either because I spilled a ton on me and had no complaints. (Though maybe everyone was being polite).
I want to try Dahlia Noir and a little bird told me that Bond no 9 is coming out with a series of I heart NY scents.
To all those who love Fall….enjoy!
“I swear I age exponentially in the Winter. It can kiss my ass.”
=))
My dearest, dearest Bryan – thank you for the LOUDEST laugh I have had in a long time!
xo >-)
and I agree, Fall is the death of Summer. >:p
I’m glad I made you giggle. I read you regularly and get so much enjoyment, so it’s nice I can entertain you, for once.
XO
I confess I burst out in glee! I’m just getting back to the Posse after a long hiatus. That laugh bubbling out of me reminded me of what I’m missing. Other than you, Musette. Aw….ain’t that sweet?
I’ve got to try the Prada Candy. Do they have it at Sephora, do u spose?
Winter does kick my ass and that ain’t saying I got any love for it.
