Today is our day for Andy Tauer’s Advent Calendar Giveaway!
Just make a comment on today’s post, and I’ll be randomly picking a winner tomorrow (Sunday 12/18/11). Once we have the winner, I’ll send all your details to Andy, and he will send you – (drum roll)
A full bottle of your choice – any of the fragrances he sells on tauerperfumes.com or a bottle of Miriam, the Tableau de Parfums scent or the Cologne du Maghreb.
I’m completely bowled over every year by his generosity. One of the true people who hold the Christmas Spirit. Thank you, Andy!
So since it’s the weekend, if Santa could leave you any bottle of perfume under the tree, regardless of cost or rarity, what would you make him leave?

Lonestar Memories for my husband. Or VC&A Bois d’Iris for me. Yes, two please! :)
My mother’s bottle of Arpege–it nevewr smells the same anymore, even vintage.
Vintage Shalimar in parfum concentration, and I would split it with my mother. I know as much I obsessed in the past over vintage Poison esprit de parfum I should ask for that, or for vintage Chloe Narcisse parfum as I obsessed over that when I was in high school, but thanks to the fact that Shalimar is tied to my earliest childhood memory, and holds many lifelong memories for my mother, I would want that. Many, many thanks to both the Posse and to Mr. Tauer for their unbelivable generosity in holding this drawing! Merry Christmas, all!
NP
I would love to wear Fath’s Iris Gris simply because I have never smelled it and it seems to have “swoon worthy” reviews from the pickiest of fumeheads. I have to admit the just about any vintage 30-40′s era chypre would be amazing as well. A huge thank you to Andy for his generosity, kind spirit, and beautiful fragrance line-up. Une Rose chypre is my scent of the day.
Im hoping for a bottle of Chanel #19 or zeta or perhaps Mirium! I hope Santa leaves me a nice gift. Thanks Andy for the draw. I know the winners feel extra special with one of his lovely scents.
Thanks, Patty for hosting the drawing, and thanks Andy for this amazingly generous Advent event. Fingers crossed, I enter the drawings…wishing for a bottle of Miriam.
If Santa would leave me a bottle of Miriam, I’d be beyond delighted. If I were wishing for vintage, I’d wish for a bottle of Guerlain Parure parfum. Hey, Santa Baby,if you’re listenin’ I’ve been an awfully good girl! Be well :)
I think I’d like a bottle of Le Labo Tubereuse 40 New York. I’m trying to get my sister into a broader perfume world and it’s the first scent I’ve worn that she’s spontaneously asked me what it was because she liked it. I’d have to keep some, but I’d share it with her. :)
I wish for whatever perfume my Mother wore when I was a young girl in her comforting embrace.
I do have a hankering for Miriam! Andy is a wonderful Santa.
I’m hoping for a bottle of COOL WATER NATURAL SPRAY BY DAVIDOFF FOR MEN! I hope Santa leaves me a nice gift. Thanks Andy for the draw. :d:d:d:d:d
At the top of my list is Andy’s L’air — and if Santa doesn’t come through, I sense some January purchases.
Top of my list Vintage YSL Opium Extrait…reminds me of my mother and grandmother. The Miriam sounds wonderful.
I can`t wait till I get perfume masterpiece L`Air du Desert Marocain . This perfume since i tested it stayed in my heart for ever.
Have read amazing things of L`Air du Desert Marocain. Am curious about it.
I would ask from Santa something that I would not give money for because it’s damn expensive and I love. That would be Xerjoff XJ Homme or Mona di Orio Oud.For the draw it will be difficult desidion Lonestar memories or L’Air du Desert Morocain or may be Zeta I love it!
I wish Santa would leave me a bottle of vintage Jean Patou Vacances.
Happy holidays to all the Posse bloggers and readers, and thanks to Andy for this wonderful giveaway.
Would love to own a signed bottle of L’Air du Desert Marocain. I call it art, really well blended scent.
If Santa left perfume by the tree,
Something special, just for me,
May favourite would have to be
Opium, definitely.
But any fragrance would be fun,
When present opening is done,
And, before the season’s done,
A Happy Christmas, everyone!
That’s easy – Patou Vacances (I have one of the minis and it is so beautiful) or Roja Dove Enslaved! Thank you for the drawing!
Could I please have Miriam? Or maybe Cologne du Maghreb…? :)
Oud by Mona do Orio it will be perfect..
Merry Christmas ! ???
I’m hooked on L’air du désert marocain but a bottle of Vetiver Dance would certainly look good next to it. Thanks andy for your wonderful perfumes.
Ohh, I want to win!!! What? Of course LADDM :-)))) HAGD all!!
I hope Santa is a Rich Hippy at heart… :d
L’heure bleue in extract concentration
thanks for hosting and thanks to Andy for his generosity
happy holidays to all
Jo Malone’s Dark Amber and Ginger Lily is what I’m hoping for at the moment! Wouldn’t mind some Guerlain Apres L’Ondee either :)
If I was being selfish I would ask Santa for a bottle of Amouage Lyric, but in a sharing spirit with my husband I would choose (along with several other commenters) Andy’s L’air du Desert Marocain. It does smell very wonderful on my better? half.
Venezia Pastello… or anything from my ‘want’ shelf :) Merry Christmas.
Oh, I think a bottle of vintage l’Heure Bleue extrait! My first perfume love.
As to what is available now, a travel set of By Kilian Incense Oud.
Thank you to Andy and Perfume Posse!
Oh there are some scents and fragrant gadgets I’d like to have, but can’t get right now because of the price or problems with availability. At this very moment Santa would really help me by leaving Oud by Mona :)
Happy holidays!
I’m joining the queue for a bottle of vintage L’heure Bleue, and also to be greedy a bottle of Delrae Debut. It is so hard to get hold of Delrae fragrances in the UK and they don’t export!
Dear Santa,
I have been more or less good this year. Please work your magic and leave the following under the tree:
Vintage extrait L’Heure Bleue, vintage extrait Liu, vintage Nuit de Noel, vintage No. 5, Amouage Gold, Zeta, and a lifetime supply of L’Air du Desert Marocain :>.
XOXOXO
A vat of Vacances since it’s tougher to find, and more pricey, than vintage Diorissimo. Which I’ll also take a vat of. ;)
Thanks for hosting and Happy Holidays to all!
Je voudrais recevoir “L’air du désert marocain” pour pouvoir faire un voyage mistérieux et magnifique dans mes rêves…
Andy’s Lonestar Memories!
I hope Santa brings me Miriam, too !
Or maybe he doesnt have to ! :)
Easy :): Liaison Dangereuse by Kilian or of course L’air du dessert marocaine by Andy Taur himself!
Well, I would love a bottle of Cologne du Maghreb, so fingers crossed!
I would ask Santa for Mona di Orio Oud or Andy Tauer Pentachords Verdant
I’d love a bottle of Jicky, because I can’t find it anywhere! I’d also love a bottle of Andy’s Orange Star!
Happy to see the AT giveaway on the Perfume Posse! I would love some By Kilian A Taste of Heaven.
Hmmm, I think I’d go for an old Paul Poiret Rosine or Iris Gris. I’d be very satisfied with a huge bottle of vintage Apres L’Ondee too…Santa Baby.
Andy is so generous and sweet. Thanks Posse.
I would be ecstatic to find a vintage Guerlain under the tree
Avrei bisogno di parecchio tempo per scegliere!!

Anch’io…. non so che sceglierei… Jacques Fath Iris Gris, o Nina Ricci *profumi* Fleur de Fleurs e Farouche…
I think this year Miriam because it’s the only perfume of Andy’s I’ve not yet tried.
Definitely Andy’s Lonestar Memories – I’ve been longing for a bottle since I used up the last of my precious sample.
Thanks for the chance and enjoy your christmas preparations!
Maggie x
Chanel no 19 is at the top of my list!
I love Andy’s fragrances… they are absolutely perfect! I hope Santa is looking on me! ;)
POTL Luctor et Emergo, please!
For me it would be Andy’s Le Maroc Pour Elle. I love this amazingly generous draw and I’m keeping my fingers crossed!
Thanks all and Happy Holidays!
Zee
I would love to try the Amouage attars, but because I am being nice (OK Santa?) I would wish for Pentachord White for my wife
I´m very curious about Cologne du Magreb. I love l´Air du désert marocain and Maroc pour elle….
what a grand idea for a contest!! Andy, you’re the best!!! Keep the miracles happening!
Would be lovely to have Tauer’s Rose Chyprée! Hohohohh!
LM PARFUMS Noir Gabardine
I would love a bottle of Caron tabac Blond. I’ve sampled it & it’s wonderful…………but oh so expensive & difficult to track down
& if I should win the draw………..it would take me ages to decide which of Andy’s perfumes I would like! They all sound so divine
If SAnta managed to find a vintage bottle of Lux by Mona di Orio I’d be thrilled(RIP Mona: she passed away last week and even before that day, her first fragrances were hard to find…)
Andy Tauer is very generous with us and I’d be happy with Cologne du Maghreb or one of the Pentachords fragrances (I love them all):x
Andy’s Le Maroc Pour Elle would be terrific!
I’d be very happy if Santa would bring me either Une Rose Chyprée or Zeta.
Cologne du Maghreb would be great.
I just think it’s great that, in Andy, we’ve someone who dares to be different yet makes sure everything is absolutely top quality: go entropy!
Vintage Guerlain–Sous le Vent, Vol de Nuit–parfum, in fantasy land. In reality-land, Andy’s Maroc pour Elle, Santa, please!
On Santa’s list are Carillon pour un Ange and for my husband L’Air du Desert Marocain. Permanently on that list are Guerlain vintages. I would be happy with everything from that house.
Dear Santa, would a bottle of vintage Vol de Nuit extrait be too much to ask and Carillon pour un Ange would be my SanTauer wish. Happy Holidays to all perfumistas around the world. <:-)
Oooo difficult decision
Ill go for a bottle of andys L’Air
Thanks for holding the draw
This Christmas I’d like to find under the Christmas tree Cuir Mona Dio Orio. I love this frag! Instead of it I will find Bleu de Chanel which is great anyway.
Dear Santa, this year I was really so good and if I have to dream big I would like to receive a nice bottle of Patou pour Homme.
Best wishes to all.
Oooh, hmmm, if price were no object, I’d like to find a bottle of By Kilian Incense Oud under the tree. If I were lucky enough to win the draw…Une Rose Chypree or maybe Miriam.
Ooohh, I would ask for a vintage extrait of Caron Tabac Blond. Also, as a huge fan of Andy’s work, I hope I win this draw!
iwould really like to get Montale Black Aoud and chocolate Greedy. :d
Vintage Mitsouko, I think.
It would be Andy’s Carillon pour un Ange or Dawn Spencer Hurwitz’ Mata Hari. The trouble would be that with these two perfumes I obsessively smell my wrist all day and hardly get anything done!
Big bottle of vintage Mitsouko cologne please! :d
Any bottle made by Andy would be just fine!
Comme des garcons avignon!
Absolue pour le soir pour me, please. Thank you for the draw!
I would ask Santa for Amouage Homage attar and for PG’s Ombre fauve… and a bottle of L’Air du désert marocain… and I’d really like to try Miriam!
Dear Santa,on my top is Miriam
Thanks again for the fun contest! I would choose an original formula bottle of Norell, because it would remind me of my late mother, and I love the long, sleek bottle design. She also had a little tiny bottle of some neroli-orange blossom scent that I opened and spilled all over myself when I was about 5, and then denied it. I still feel guilty and happy at the same time when I smell neroli! Rest in peace Mom.
I think a bottle of vintage Poison would be lovely and because I am greedy, a huge sack of samples!
Andy – the big person! This Christmas lottery is arranged with it many years!
I hope I win this one. I want a bottle of carillon pour an ange so badly! to answer your question: a bottle of l’heure bleue vintage extrait. it’s beyond beautiful.
thanks andy again for your generosity!
i can’t remember what it was :( but when i went travelling when i was younger, i used to wear something and that scent always takes me back.
Miriam
It’s Fleur de Narcisse L’Artisan.
Thanks Andy and Patty for the Christmas spirit! :)
Sous le Vent
I’d love an original bottle of Guerlain Vega.
mmm….Diorissimo in a big size for my mother, Air du Desert Marrocain (in a big bottle:d ) for me and…..a complete sample box of Andy’s creation :d …because Santa is a very very gentleman!!!!
Thank you and Andy for the giveaway!
I’d love to find a bottle of une rose vermeille, or of Guerlain’s vintage Mitsouko, of Cuir de Russie….
Too many wishes, actually.
Wish you a nice weekend!
Right now, I gotta agree: Miriam. It’s an homage that bests its inspiration and dominates the genre for years. Total new classic. I’m proud to have found it as soon as it emerged.
Anything by Andy. Thanks for the chance to win. Oh, and a bottle of JAR Bolt of Lightning.
I love Jadore Dior.
Merry Christmas!
Dear Santa or Andy
Have a hankering for Miriam!
I would love a bottle of Incense Extreme.
Philip
A bottle at any rarity? Gobin Daude Seve Exquise. But a bottle of the new Maghreb for my honey would be great!
A bottle of Bois de Iles in Extrait de parfum. Nyam-nyam!!!
Euphoria by Calvin Klein for the love off my life
I’d love to try all of the scents that everyone is mentioning. Some of them (like Mitsouko) I’ve been curious about for years but never smelled. And I really like Zeta and Vetiver Dance by Andy Tauer and would love to try Miriam too. Wouldn’t it be cool to win it in this advent drawing!
Shall I try my luck? Oh yes.
Andy is the bestest. A bottle of his fabulous Une Rose Chypree (or LM) would make a great Xmas present :-)
Good luck, all!
Next to Andy’s fragrances Guerlain seems to be very popular here. I too would love some L’Heure Bleue.
Hey,
as usual, Andy’s giveaway is awesome! Thanks for hosting!
Right now, it would be Coco parfum. But I also have a huge lemming for for Isabey L’Ambre de Carthage, which I could share with my DH. Merry Christmas everyone and thanks Andy!
Umm, hard to choose, but a bottle of Nahema parfum would be divine! Thanks to Andy & the Posse for the draw.
I’d make him leave Delices De Cartier. :)
Dear Santa…
:)
I think MKK would be the one present I’d ask. Or it could be another Serge… Like Daim Blond or Chergui. But still, MKK’s something I wouldn’t buy that easily, because it is challenging for some of my friends, etc. But hey, if it comes gift-wrapped, who cares? I’ll have to wear it anyways!
And yes, I have been very good this year. I’m even getting better at it!! :D
I would have Santa leave a bottle of Patou Pour Homme, I have but a small decant with a few precious drops in it…
Happy Holidays!
A bottle of Davidoffs Cool Water Natural spray would make my day.
I’m hoping Santa leaves me a bottle of Avignon or Regisse Noire. I also asked for Lonestar Memories. I’d also love me some Chanel under the tree.
I would love to receive Incense Extreme, Orange Star, Onda Edp (vero.profumo)and Tabarome Vintage (Creed) …..all :d
Santa baby, leave a bottle of Miriam under the tree for me…
Thanks and warmest wishes to the Posse!
Hmm hmm, I share salvatore’s wish for both Incense Extreme and Orange Star but also Eau d’épices. And why not a bottle of original iteration Geurlain Héritage, I bet Santiclaws has connections…
Good luck everyone!
Wow – open to discovering a new scent….
Hankering for L’Air du Desert Marocain or LUSH Breath of God under the tree…. Thank you so much for the draw!
V/S for women by Versace (discontinued for more than 10 years now).
I would love to find a bottle of vintage Piguet Bandit. Thanks for your generosity Andy!
Coco Chanel, the original, very hard to get, load of Coco Madmoiselle, but the original is very scarce and if you find it very expensive
Thank you for the opportunity to win. The wish list is too long at this point. Maybe one of the Amouage attars.
Frederic Malle Une Fleur de Cassie would be nice!
i would love a bottle of Noa it was the first gift i had off my husband
its almost x-mas………
Goutal`s 30th anniversary Baccarat of Hadrien!!! Thank you for the draw!!! :-)
I came accross Andy’s Advent Calendar by accident. I work abroad but soon will be going for X-mas to my homeland, to my family and friends. I was dreaming of a unique gift for myself from myself and decided to look up that very special fragrance – L’air du désert Marocain – which I had once spotted and tried at a “Shop of Various Things” (Visokiu daiktu krautuvele) in Vilnius http://www.vdk.lt/Andy-Tauer/. I somehow ended up browsing Andy’s official site, blog and Advent Calendar. What a nice idea! Thanks for sharing and for inspiration! Merry Christmas everyone – be happy, healthy, prosperous, creative, loved and in love! Lina :)
If I won, I would choose Lonestar memories.. Have a nice weekenk everyone!
I would love a bottle of Tauer Une Rose Chypree or John Galliano EDP.:x
Vero Profumo’s Onda parfum would delight me on Christmas morning! Santa hasn’t felt that generous in previous years, though. Most anything from Andy’s work would make me very happy, too; perhaps Rose Incense?
What an amazing draw and such a lovely question….I go with rhs and opt for the lifetime supply of L’air desert du marocain….or a bottle of Amber Vanilla by Regina Harris….Thank you :)
Chanel no.5..I’ve loved the smell of it for years
Vintage Diorella, please!
The kids will get me an ounce of EdT from Target & I will love, love, love it (even if I don’t WEAR it). I would wear Lonestar Memories.
I would love to try the Miriam scent and also any chypré scent as long as it does not seem masculin. Sadly my family does not share my interest for scents so I will have to buy it for myself at some point
Well, if it is Santa, I might as well wish for the moon and ask for a bottle of vintage Guerlain Djedi. I have never smelled this, but I have heard such wonderful things about it. I have held back from obtaining even a tiny sample for fear I would love it and be heartbroken not to be able to buy more.
On a more realistic note, perhaps a full bottle of DSH Pandora. I only have a dram of this because it is not cheap, but it is gorgeous.
A bottle of Vétiver Tonka from the Hermessence collection would be my choice :x.
Happy holidays everyone!
Under my tree wishes this year: Profumum Ambra Aurea, Bond no 9 New Haarlem or a bottle of Andy’s beautiful Vetiver Dance!!!
Have a great day, Andy and all perfume lovers and dreamers out there :)
uhmmmm….Definively le cologne du maghreb!!!!:d
bottle of Miriam, would be fantastic please
Ambre Narguile :)
I’d love a bottle of Le Feu d’Issey.
I’d love to get a bottle of the Histoires de Parfums Petroleum! I an reading only good things about it. Thanks Andy for being so cool and generous and Happy Holidays to everybody!!!
NO7..VETIVER DANCE
Un fleur de Chanel!!
I love Smiley which is really hard to come by in this country. I was lucky enough to win some a few years ago & it has special ingredients which are supposed to make you happy, I love it
I know it’s really boring , but i love Obsession :) x
My head’s spinning at the thought of all the long-lost perfumes of the past! I’d ask Santa for original Coty Chypre, just to experience it.
Gosh, that’s a tough question. I’d say a very vintage Mitsouko. I’d love to smell what it originally was like although I enjoy the recent version too.
I’d love L’eau d’épices
MKK – as yesterday I put on the last drop of my decant…
If Santa brings me a bottle of Miriam I would be so happy! Love it.
If he finds in his old bags … Very old bags … A forgotten vintage bottle of Guerlain ( one of those discontinued many many years ago) … I will not complain if I receive that vintage present :)
I’d love to find Mona di Orio’s Musc under the tree!
I share the feelings about Andy’s generosity this year. His Advent calendar was super special! Too bad poor me had no luck, uh-oh.
If I could ask Santa for just one bottle under the tree, I would probably ask for Amouage Gold.
But if Andy would like to be my Santa this year, I’d love me a beautiful bottle of Zeta!
My sample of L`Air du Desert Marocain is almost gone, so what a Christmas it would be to have a ‘real’ bottle!
Thank you for the opportunity.
I would love to find a bottle of La Perla Eclix, which was discontinued years ago, but Miriam would be great too!
At this moment, the bottle I would want Santa to bring is Guerlain’s Cuir Beluga, which smells like leather deliciousness, and not leather fishiness(which is the image the name evokes in my head)!
I would ask him to bring me Mona di Orio Oiro. I wouldn’t mind (vintage) Mitsouko either. Oh, and Armani Prive Ambre Orient would be nice to have as well!
Homage Attar for my wife. We once tried a teeny-weeny sample of it and fell in love.
I would love to see s bottle of Andy’s Reverie au Jardin under the Christmas tree this year!! :)
I have to ask for a bottle of some concentrated REAL oud perfume oil.
I would look under the tree for L’Air du Desert Marocain.
Dear Santa, I’d like a bottle of vintage Mitsouko extrait.
I enter the drawings for a bottle of Miriam.
if Santa could leave me a bottle of Cerruty image perfume under the tree, I would be happy.
Chanel No. 22, methinks. Please enter me in the draw!
I would love a nicce vintage bottle of Apres L’ondee…
Thank you for the give-away.
I would ask Santa to leave me a bottle of Quand Vient La Pluie. Never tried it but that bottle is stunning and I bet the juice inside it too.
I’ve been enjoying a sample of Andy’s masterpiece L’air du désert Marocain. This fragrance would be my wish if Santa asked me what I’d like to find under the Christmas tree
I actually would love a bottle of FM Le Parfum de Therese…. sigh~
Enter me in the draw. Lonestar Memories sounds very interesting. I’m asking Santa for Amouage Homage, Amouage Gold and Chanel’s Cuir de Russie in parfum form. If Santa leaves Lyric, I’ll be happy as well.
Parfums MDCI Invasion Barbare, or vintage Mitsouko extrait, or Amouage Gold parfum. But a small bottle of the Cologne du Maghreb would at least be equally welcome !
If I could ask santa for any bottle, I would have santa bring Xerjoff Homme.
Has to be Chanel No 5. Absolutely beautiful perfume and I don’t think has ever been bettered by anyone.
I love all of Andy’s creations, I can always use just one more.
I’d be happy with L’Air or Une Rose Chypree. I’d also take a bottle of L’Artisan Dzing. Or a vintage bottle of Halston from the early 80s…since that’s what my mother always wore until she died early when I was a child.
I would faint if I found a bottle of Iris Silver Mist under the tree!
Oooh, that’s a tough one! I think I’d have to go for a bell jar of Muscs Koublai Khan- wonderful scent, but much too expensive for me right now. :D
Thank you for the draw!
Parfum’s d’Empire Cuir Ottoman or Ambre Russe. ) Both for me and my man. XD And probably Santa too.
I would love love LOVE to try Zeta! And its my birthday! Thanks always for your generous spirit!
A bottle of the vintage Violette Précieuse I had won a sample of in one of your draws! :)
It would be 24 Faubourg
Only one perfume? I’d enjoy many from the Editions de Parfums’ range. I’d most enjoy receiving Une Rose Chypree though.
Vintage Dioressimo…
A bottle of Amouage Attar Tayyba
I would love it if Santa left me a bottle of Dior Mitzah under the tree…. Lonestar Memories would be great as well!
Thanks for hosting! This is a wonderfully generous gift from Mr. Tauer!
Oh, I would make him leave me a bottle of Dzing! Yay for true Christmas spirit!
My wife has so many ‘favorites’ depending on her mood … maybe La Perla Eclix?
A bottle of Amouage Attar Tayyba
The thick heavy bottle of Old Spice that my Dad used to keep. It had a ship on it and I thought it was was like a magic Aladin’s Lamp behind his mirrored medicine cabinet. I wish my daughters could see it and smell it so that I could say, “This is what your Grandpa was like when I was a kid.” Then I could rub it, pull out the stopper and release the invisible aromatic genie into the room for just a few more minutes.
I would love some of Tauer Orange Star now I’ve discovered it with this competition. I think I may have to order myself a sample at some point if I’m not successful in the competition, as it just sounds so lovely with its citrus and tonka bean :x
MDCI Invasion Barbare is one I’ve had my ‘nose’ on for a long time : )
There are several Tauer fragrances still on my list also and it would be difficult to choose just one, but I’d love to have a chance to win this drawing! Thanks Andy.
Ormonde Janye Serapihm.
Worth Je Reviens. I was a ‘Sixties girl!
a bottle of Andy’s Orris!
I’d ask for vintage L’Heure Bleue extrait (and I see that I’m not alone in this). It’s just heavenly. Thanks for hosting this draw!
I’d love a bottle of Miriam under the tree! If I could dream a bottle of vintage Mitsouko would be nice or a bottle of Mona di Orios Oud since I don’t think I’ll ever convince myself to spend that much on one perfume bottle!
A bottle of Lanvin’s Scandal! That santa is just divine then.
L`Air by Andy, without a doubt. Also, I would like …dare I say it… a flanker to come out… !! I love it so much, I’d like a variation of it of some kind as well. However I have no idea what direction I’d like it to go in. Thank you for the draw.
Andy Tauer is so generous!
I wear his Incense Rose frequently & receive lots of compliments.
As for an unexpected gift – Pentachord White – because I’m a sucker for any perfume containing violet notes.
Thank you for having the giveaway on your web site. I love Incense Rose …
Thank you, thank you, Andy, for your incredible generosity. If Santa could leave anything in the world for me, I’d take a vat of Vacances (which I’d share with you, Anita, of course!), some Roja Dove Enslaved parfum, and one of his semi-bespoke scents (can’t remember which one, but it was a sample from the lovely London). Thanks!

P.S. No need to enter me for the draw, but thanks for hosting!
Angel as it is sweet and delicate just like me :)
Maybe one of those old Nina Ricci pure perfumes in Lalique bottles, like Fleur de Fleurs or Farouche, that would randomly appear in department stores and then randomly disappear. (And of course the salespeople knew nothing about it.) I should have just bought one, even if it meant PB&J sandwiches for the rest of my life.
I’m loving my new sample of Carillon pour un ange; it’s like being inside a florist on a cold winter day.
Guerlain Tonka Imperiale
Apres l’Ondee vintage would be my wish for under the tree. Very old fashion, but than Christmas brings out the nostalgia in us all. But, so many new releases happen each year, there are many more that would be welcome.
Un Air de Damas Rose by Maison Dorin. I love an exotic rose. Hopefully I’ll try yours soon. I plan to get samples. Thank you Santa! ;)
There must be alot of us Angels around, I love Angel too but my real favorite is Dolce Vita simply wonderful scent.
I admit to being a Tauer newbie, but I’d love the project of choosing a bottle!
Would love a bottle of Aramis
My favourite parfume is Miss Cherie by Dior, love the bottle, looks so cute.
Santa was already very kind to me this year…I got full bottle of vintage Chanel 19 Parfum extrait. I just couldn’t be happier. But if the Santa feeling particularly generous I absolutely in love with Andy’s Incense Rose:d
Thanks for the giveaway. I would like a bottle of Dans tes Bras.
Carnal Flower!
thanks to our hosts
from the tauer line i already have my current ‘faves’ incense rose & lonestar memories
so aside from that i wish for Amouage Jubilation XXV & fracas.. one is out of my price league and the other is not available at my area :)
Tauer’s fragrances are great. I really enjoy many of them. Thanks for the opportunity to add a bottle.
L`Air du Desert Marocain. Or Zeta.
If Santa wanted to leave a bottle of perfume under the tree, I would like it to be a Vol de Nuit Guerlain in parfum concentration or Le Labo Vanille 44 .
Geez, Santa, just one? How am I ever going to pick between vintage No. 5 parfum, LAP Orchidée Blanche, vintage Joy, and Mr. Tauer’s own Une Rose Chyprée? Or how about you pay off the $3,000 tax bill I got yesterday so I can afford to buy my own perfumes? Sigh…
What a difficult question! If I were really going to ask for the impossible, I’d want a nice big bottle of Coty’s Chypre. However, being a little more realistic, I think I’d have to ask for either Incense Oud by Kilian or Amouage’s Jubilation XXV. That said, I would also be thrilled with any of Andy’s fragrances! There are a few of his on my wish list!
Thanks for the draw!
Perhaps a bottle of vintage Egoiste or L’Arte di Gucci since I’m too chicken/lazy to chase them on eBay! Failing that, Carnal Flower would be nice!
Santa has been very good to me this year, but I would love to get a bottle of Frederic Malle Musc Ravageur or Le Labo Tubereuse 40 as well. And a bottle of Tauer L’Air du Desert Marocain would be much appreciated as well!
Thanks for the generous giveaway!
Andy Tauer’s Zeta would be lovely.
I’d be very happy to see a bottle of Amouge Homage under my Christmas tree.
Creed – Millesime Imperial :)
I would love to wake up to a bottle of L’Air du Desert Marocain, or Une Rose Vermeille.
Thanks Andy ! :x
I would love to get another bottle of Fendi Theorema extrait. Happy holidays!
Would love to try L’Air du Desert Marocain–sounds delicious!
Thank you, Perfume Posse and Andy Taur (love your blog!). Happy Holidays to everyone.
Thanks to the Perfume Posse for hosting this day for Andy. I would be thrilled to find a bottle of any of Andy’s scents under my tree, or a bottle of Amouage Gold for Women, or vintage L’Ombre Bleu, or vintage Ma Griffe. Thanks to Andy for his generosity\:d/
I want a bottle vintage Chanel No. 19 :)
Creed’s Love in White and Andy’s Carillon Pour un Ange
Mitzah, I hate myself I didn’t buy it when I could have done it. Wow, so many people here.
I used to use Parfum d’Hermes and Diorama. I’d have either of those – nothing smells like either of them any more, and since the EU has demanded the use of synthetic fragrances instead of some natural oils everything I try ends up either not lasting or smelling as though I’ve bathed in detergent!
Too hard to narrow my Christmas list down to just one! I’m asking Santa for Derby, By Kilian Sweet Redemption, Un Bois Vanille, and LDDM!
Thank you, Andy and Perfume Posse, for your generosity!
I would love a bottle of Bois de Iles parfum! Thanks again Andy for being so generous!
I’ve heard so much about andy an I would love to try his scent I think it would be a great xmas gift for me thanks andy
I would want a bottle of Amber from Slumberhouse to give to my best friend. Also Orange Star for me which I’ve wanted to try since it came out. Thanks for this draw!!
Cologne du Maghreb ofcourse. I would also like Chanel coromandel, Or Amouage Homage Attar.
I love a bottle surprise !
I wish santa got me a bottle of V&R Antidote or something from Andy Tauer, like L’air du desert marocain
davidoff for women
Thanks again to Andy, for hosting this wonderful holiday giveaway! L’Air du Desert Marocain would probably be my first choice, but Orange Star beckons, too…
I would love a bottle of Guerlain’s Chypre Fatale under the tree this year. It doesn’t really read to me as being either chypre or fatale, but it does sing on my skin.
I wish Santa would bring me Andy Tauer’s Lonestar Memories for Christmas. Thanks for the draw.
I LUUUURVE Orange Star; next on the list would be Dark Amber and Ginger Lilly, from Jo Malone, and last of all – Lutens’ Vetiver Oriental…
Top of the list is that bottle of Eau D’Epices I have been wanting for so long… and some SSS “Jour Ensoleille” on the side, please! Thank you all for the chance to enter this draw!
lekkere fles bij deze verloting :d
If price was so objection, I would have to ask for a bottle of Shiseido White Rose, thank you for the giveaway!
Djedi! It is so rare that I would use it only on my birthday if I were to have a bottle of it. I would leave it for the children of my children so that it would be even more rare and more valuable.
Djedi.
Santa, would you bring a big bottle of vintage Miss Dior in extrait? And I’ll have to think about which Tauer to choose if I won the drawing. . . which one, which one. . . hmmm. . .
Chanel no. 5 Parfum please. Merry Christmas Posse >:d<
strictly final tonight – how boring!
Fidji by Guy Laroche. Season’s Greetings
I would like to get Carnal Flower but I know that it is impossible. Thanks for the giveaway.
Well, since it’s Santa, a bottle of vintage Diorella would be my desired sniff. If no vintage is too difficult for the elves then perhaps it’s time for the Amouage sampler set.
If courtesy of this generous draw it’s Andy who is going to be the Santa then I’d love his beautiful Miriam.
Thanks to Andy for the Advent draw and to Perfume Posse for hosting.
My Santa perfume requests would be… right now the top of my list is Tauer Une Rose Vermeille, but things seem to switch every few weeks. Also really wanting Cuir de Lancome at the moment.
The Christmas Eve scent of a tiny Spanish village, on a windy hilltop above the sea in 1974. Resin, smoke, salt, brandy, candles, and my happy child’s skin. I wouldn’t mind having a bottle of vintage Tabac Blond, too.
I would love a bottle of Carillon…
Great topic – i would definitely ask Santa to leave me a 100ml bottle of Tubereuse 40 from Le Labo. I also would ask for a small Iris Poudre. And I wouldn’t turn down a Tolu from Ormonde Jayne. Yup. Those three!
I would love a bottle of Amouage Honor Man. Please enter me into the draw. Thank you Andy!
I don’t think I have found that perfect scent yet so I cannot name a single perfume. I love the fragrance of jasmine, freesias, roses … perhaps that is what I would ask for, to have the perfect scent for me specially made.
I’m Sunday’s winner! Me, me, me – pleeeeese!
“Happy Holidays! I love fragrance and I feel naked without
wearing it daily…I would have Santa leave Tresor under the
Tree for me.
Many thanks, Cindi
I would love a vintage bottle of #19 or anything really. Thanks to Andy for his generosity and beautiful art.
Top of Santa’s list is the almost-impossible to find Mona di Orio Carnation, as well as vintage Mitsouko perfume and EDP, as well as Andy’s Une Rose Chyprée (which Santa has delivered to me more than once!).
Thank you so much Andy!!
Hmmm. I just got my bottle of Chene, which was my biggest lemming. And I really haven’t tried anything that expensive to avoid wanting things out of my price range and really haven’t gotten in to vintage. How bout a bottle of Lubin Idole or Back to Black? Thanks for the giveaway!
Oh, I’d love a bottle of vintage Tabac Blond….
Oh, this is so exciting! I love Andy Tauer’s advent calendar. Thank you! L’Air du Desert Marocain has been on my mind for some time now.
love Andy’s giveaways!
hmm- If price were not an object- I’d love the extrait flacon of DSH Pandora or Puredistance M…atleast that is what I want right now..:)
The impossible scent would be a sealed 18th century flacon of JM Farina Eau de Cologne. Theoretically possible: a vintage Guerlain like L’Heure bleue, Après L’Ondée or perhaps some vintage Tabac Blonde or Cuir de Russie. I guess I’m loooking for the ghost of Christmas past…
A bottle of Miriam ????
I would easily limit my choices to Andy’s…but even then… Lonestar Memories for himself…because I love how he smells when he wears it…( and a spritz on his beard lasts for days!)…..or to be selfish…for myself.. I think Le Maroc pour Elle… but Une rose Vermeille is a close second…either would delight me in winter…ah but come spring and summer wouldn’t I rather have Zeta? and then there’s all the samples just received and not yet worn… ah well…I don’t have to decide until you pick me. (You ARE going to pick me, aren’t you?
I would love a bottle of White Fire by Grossmith I used it in my teens and still, decades on, have the empty bottle. This gorgeous perfume brings back so many memories.
I would love a bottle of 1270 by Frapin!:)
It’s so difficult to choose between L’Air Du Desert Marocain and Rose Incense…
I would love to win any of them :)
Penhaligon’s – Lavandula
The Mona di Orio’s Oud, simply the best oud scent. Ever.
Or Carillon pour un Ange, an Andy’s masterpiece!
Ralf Lauren Notorious
YSL opium parfum
Another bottle of Andy’s limited edition Orris, but of course!
Anything on Earth? A sixteen-ounce bottle of the original Coty Chypre extrait (so that I could have a lifetime supply and still dole it out to deserving people: I’m not greedy). Or just an ounce for me. Or a quarter-ounce.
Amouage Jubilation!
Thank you or this fabulous opportunity!
A bottle of Reverie au Jardin would be wonderful.
Would love almost anything vintage from Dior.
I would samples of all 100 of the 100 scents reviewed in Luca Turin and Tania Sanchez’s,
” The Little Book of Perfumes: the 100 Classics (2011).”
Thrilled, thrilled, thrilled by this Advent Event by Andy and you included! Please enter me and I would love to have L’Air Du Desert Marocain having read so much about it. Thank you.
Oh gosh that’s impossible to narrow down. I would take any vintage Guerlain or Chanel Parfum under the tree! Thanks for the giveaway :-)
I’d love Santa to bring a bottle of Kyoto.
Thanks for the great competition!
Santa Baby…ooh come down my snow covered frozen chimney with this. hot mince pies, choccies and wine for you….thanks ;)
Id love a bottle of Lady million under my tree! :x
Oh, I can’t believe that Christmas is here already! I would be thrilled to just have a truly french parfum. One that is true to the older standards from back in the 50s and 60s.
DKNY Delicious
I’m sure I would love the crisp clean scent of PENTACHORD White. Fingers Crossed x
Orange Star! I have hear, and read about it, and I adore orange smell. ;)
I would love a bottle of incense rose if money were no object.I feel at peace when I smell it.
I’d love a bottle of Iris Poudre! Thanks for the giveaway, Posse and Mr Tauer! :)
L’air!
Thank you for joining forces with Mr Tauer!
A bottle of Tihota would be my Santa gift…. or Incense Rose which I am planning on purchasing myself after the holidays (if I don’t win, fingers crossed!)
I’d really like some vintage Parure or Vol de Nuit. L’air du desert marocain and Une Rose Chypree have been on my to buy list for a while now so I’d be very happy with one of them too!
I have two Tauers on my Santa list – Un Rose Chypree and Lonestar Memories, so I’d be happy with either of those!
i’m not picky, anything Santa leaves me will be fine. Okay, maybe not a bottle of Secretions Magnifique. :)
I bet Santa’s got great taste in perfume, so I would let him surprise me!
That said, Zeta sounds wonderful :-)
I would certainly love a bottle of Un Rose Chypree, Une Fleur de Cassie, or Mona di Orio Oud.
he is always so generous and giving
Thanks again for hosting one of Andy’s Advent Days!! If Santa really loved me he would leave 31 Rue Cambon and Portrait of a Lady wrapped up for me :x Or, of course, any bottle from Andy!!
Would love a bottle of Une Rose Chyprée!
Like This has been on my list for a while…
I love Andy. Nothin’ else to say.
I am hoping Santa leaves a bottle of Jubilation or Miriam….but a bottle of pre-formulation Caron Poivre or Or et Noir would be dreamy as well.
Thanks to the Posse and of course Andy for his generosity. I hope every ounce of his kindness is returned to him tenfold.
A 100ml bottle of Purediatance M….a nose can dream!
A bottle of Portrait Of A Lady would be far from excellent.
I’m hoping Santa will leave me a bottle of Andy Tauer’s Le Maroc Pour Elle (or any of his other scents), or one of the exclusive Serge Lutens bell jars (like Un Lys or Bois et Musc). I’d also take one of the Le Labo exclusives (Gaiac 10) or pretty much any of the fragrances in the Frederic Malle line. Thanks for the opportunity to be part of this generous draw!
My fantasy bottle would be the original Hermes Doblis. For reality, Orange Star by Tauer, of course.
Jasmin de corse by Coty, thanks Andy!
I am hoping for Vetiver Dance and Apres l”ondre.
Thanks for the generosity.
Best wishes.
Anything at all? Fath Iris Gris. Go big or go home ;).
There are so many beautiful ones…what a hard decision! Probably Sinfonia di Note Petale di Rose, being that it’s next to impossible to find (Santa would have to use his Italian elves) but would also love a bottle of Miriam or Une Rose Chypree..:-)
If I could have anything, I’d want a bottle of whatever Queen Jezebel wore…
A vintage Chanel–either 19 or 22.
Donna Karan’s Black Cashmere pure parfum; the EDP was my first perfume love and my signature scent all through college. I loved the scent almost as much as the memories that went with it and was heartbroken when it was discontinued :((
Thanks to Andy for his generosity–what a fabulous giveaway!
My so-not-happening wishlist (guess I was naughty this year!):
Gobin Daude Seve Exquise, all of them really
Dior Bois D’Argent
Ormonde Jayne Ormonde Woman
Montale Indian Safron
Mark Buxton biehl – parfumkunstwerke scents 2 and 3
I have one bottle of l’air du desert marocain, which is the only reason it isn’t on this list :)
Feel like I should want to try Miriam seeing as how it’s my name too…but aldehydes do not love me. Neither do most florals. The pentachords look fascinating, and the rose scents, and and annnnd I should just cave and get the samples on my to-try wishlist already.
would love to win a bottle :)
Why, one of Andy’s of course!
If Santa left me a big bottle of vintage Diorissimo under the tree, I’d be generous and share!
Ooooh a very genourous prize!! Fingers crossed as I have just run out of perfume :-(
I’d ask for a nice big bottle of Bond No. 9 Chinatown, studded in Swarovski crystals, of course. :-)
What a neat giveaway! Andy’s Advent Calendar is a really neat tradition….
I would always love another bottle of LDDM! But perhaps I would ask for something different…but of course from the Tauer line;)
Hmm, choices, choices. Iris Pallida, please. xo
Last year I got LDDM for Christmas. This year maybe a little memory of spring? I wish for Reverie au Jardin!
Maybe it’s my turn this time round?
I’d like Santa to leave almost anything from Chanel, Keiko Mecherie, Dawn Spencer Hurwitz, Miller Harris, Bond No. 9.
Wow…everyone wants a bottle of Tauer perfume. I have L’air desert du moracain (no doubt spelled wrong here!)…I bought it a year ago and tried it off and on…seemed mega strong on me, then a few weeks ago, tried it again, and it is lovely and exotic…not overwhelming! Have I grown into it, has it grown on me?
Anyway, I would love to try another Tauer perfume!
An Orange Star for me, please.
I would love a Tauer perfume! Probably Lonestar Memories. Maybe L’Air or Une Rose Vermeille. Alternatley, one of those limited edition Shalimar bottles would be most welcome. :)
Thanks to you and Andy for this draw.
Andy Tauer truly is a Christmas angel. Thanks for the draw opportunity.
If I could get a bottle of anything from Santa, it would probably be the largest available bottle of Chanel 19 extrait. Mmm. We can fantasize!
By Killian Back to Black!
oh pleeeeez, i need to win a tauer sometime…
Frederic Malle Portrait of a lady
Give me an extrait of Apres L’ondee and i’ll be one happy little elf.
I’d love Santa to give me By Kilian Back to Black :) It’s been on my wishlist since I tried it last year.
Thanks!
Dear Santa, please drop by and bring my cuir de russie extrait.
What a delight to have your wish fulfilled. I’d love to be given a Lutens’ Santal de mysore. Must be lovely.
Andy is such a lovely human being, and so remarkably talented. He makes perfumes that are perfectly balanced between the avant garde and the wearable. And somehow, they always make me smile. I can’t think of an occasion or a time of year when L’Air du Desert Marocain isn’t a good choice. It’s a rare gift that he has.
But if Santa could leave a bottle of anything under my tree this year (and I’ve been awful good, Santa baby) it would be a bottle of Creed’s Angelique Encens. I think Andy would approve.
I’ve been hankering for a bottle of Amouage Opus V but as Santa is Santa he could certainly track down a big ole bottle of vintage Cuir de Russie extrait…??
Andy’s work is great, L’Air du Desert is SOTD…
As it is the season for dreams, I would love to try Patou’s Vacances.
Thanks to Andy Tauer for his generosity and excellent perfumes – they are truly special. Happy Holidays to all!
OMG! OMG! OMG! PICK ME! :) HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
What a present it would be to find Fath Iris Gris under my tree ;)
Having had the privilege of sniffing the Osmathique re-creation, I’d love to be able to actually wear this unattainable vintage perfume.
Thanks so much for your generous offer Andy. How fun to be able to participate!
Andy’s perfumes are marvelous, and his Advent Calendar is always enjoyable (not to mention generous).
I find it difficult to choose just one perfume, so I’d go for the Amouage Mini Perfume Set, which is equally out of my price range as any other of the full bottles.
Happy and fragrant holidays to everybody!
Oh–a large bottle of JOY!
I would love a bottle of vintage Mitsouko or FM Iris Poudre!!!
Thank you ,Andy and the girls!!!!
Oh, I forgot a wish for under the tree. Well, I would love a bottle of the original OH! de London, but I would also like to be the age where I first experienced it-and I think that’s beyond Santa’s capabilities…
Oh the fantasy. I’d love to be given a full extrait of Cuir de Russie. That’d be lovely.
Are entries closed for this one?? I so could do with a bottle of Incence Rose :-)
Oooooh, anything? Definitely Iris Gris – I’m a huge iris fan-girl, and I’ve always wanted to smell it. As for something from the fabulous Andy…. it’s a toss-up between LADDM and Incense Rose.
Oh, make mine Vega, please!
